Senior Executive - Graphic and Visual Design

Creative-Senior Executive-Design for central Marcomm

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative ‘Senior Executive– Design’ to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in graphic design, video generation as well as proficiency in PowerPoint design. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver visually compelling and effective projects across a range of mediums, including email, online platforms, and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of tailoring their approach to suit each platform while consistently upholding brand guidelines and ensuring the highest standard of visual communication. Design & Creative Execution

•Develop visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).•Create high-quality outputs including internal communication collaterals, emailers (OFT’s), posters, presentations (PPT), brochures, newsletters and hi- quality video content.•Ensure all designs align with KPMG brand guidelines and maintain consistency across 
all touchpoints.•Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.•

Project Coordination & 
Stakeholder Management

•Collaborate closely with internal teams and 
stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.•At times, managing several design projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities is required, while ensuring quality and timely delivery across all tasks.•Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design impact.•Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs.•

Strategic & Technical Skills

•Conceptualize and execute creative strategies for marketing campaigns and internal communications.•Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to projects.•Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and documentation for easy access and version control.•Optimize workflows and processes to improve 
efficiency and productivity.•

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualification.•University degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.

Work experience

•5+ years of experience working as a graphic designer for a global organization or a creative agency.•Preferable experience includes marketing communications with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint design, graphics, videos and Microsoft Office, as well as managing event collateral and social media design.
