Creator Manager

What you'll do:

• Spot, source & seal the deal with creators who embody real hair, real energy, real Moxie.

• Build and manage our creator universe - from mega queens to micro firecrackers.

• Own campaign execution: from the first DM to the final reel.

• Work cross-functionally with the content and design teams to build campaigns that pop.

• Maintain strong relationships with creators

• Track content performance, optimise partnerships, and always be in the know about what's trending.

• Stay plugged into the creator economy, beauty culture, and digital storytelling.

Who you are:

• You live on the internet and know how to turn scrolls into strategy.

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer/creator management, campaigns, or brand collabs.

• Have an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what makes people hit 'share'.

• Bonus if you know how to negotiate, brief, and build authentic relationships.
