Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for custom application development.
- Ensure the architectural design supports scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices related to application architecture.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom application architectures within SAP environments.
- In-depth understanding of database concepts and performance optimization techniques for HANA.
- Ability to develop modular, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Experience with integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and services.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in SAP landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
