Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are built to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, java 8, core java.
- Good to have skills: PgSQL database (queries and scripting), React, AWS hosting, gRPC, Python.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries, Java 8 and of low-level JVM/java debugging and tuning.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to implement responsive design principles for web applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
