Summary:
We are looking for a .NET Application Support Engineer of strong ASP.NET MVC expertise to handle client queries, resolve production issues, and implement enhancements. Provide L2/L3 support for live web applications, ensuring minimal downtime and high client satisfaction through quick fixes and proactive improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries via tickets, email, or calls analyze and resolve issues in ASP.NET MVC applications within SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in back-end (C#, SQL Server stored procedures) and front-end (jQuery, JavaScript) components.
- Implement minor enhancements, hotfixes, and feature updates based on client feedback, including database optimizations and UI improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues, monitor application logs, and suggest preventive measures.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams for deployments, testing fixes in staging environments before production rollout.
- Document resolutions, update knowledge base articles, and mentor junior support staff on technical resolutions.
- Refinery Functional knowledge

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
