Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing business processes, and designing innovative solutions to meet the organization's needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and develop applications based on business process requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand application needs.
- Create technical specifications and design documents for application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Servicenow applications.
- Knowledge of Servicenow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
- Experience in integrating Servicenow with other systems.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT operations management and monitoring tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
