Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Ready to work as hands-on developer.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Exposure on services tier technology such as REST Services with distributed applications in mind.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience and sound knowledge of service oriented and distributed architectures
- Hands-on with Design pattern and should have excellent OOP s skills.
- Hand-on experience on Cloud migration and implementation preferably for .Net applications.
- Technical expertise in the areas as - PaaS , Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Security awareness, SRE practice concepts and Google Cloud services cluster architecture, and other Google services.
- Exposure on Multi-threading is needed.
- Experience with database management systems and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Good hand-on experience in Cloud technologies (preferably Google Cloud)

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development and in .NET server side technology using C#. Overall 8-12 years of experience in IT Industry.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
