Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring they align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency. Your role will also include reviewing existing applications for potential improvements and working closely with development teams to implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and application design principles.
- Experience with integration of SAP modules and data management.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
