- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform architecture and customization techniques.
- Experience in integrating SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the commerce platform.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of commerce applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
