Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Candidate should have minimum 2 S/4 HANA Implementation project experience.
-Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based application development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
