Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience in software configuration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
