Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing support to users, ensuring a seamless experience with the applications you develop. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, Javascripts , Power Automates. - Good to Have Skills: PCF - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies, Model Driven app development - Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems. - Familiarity with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Entities - Basics, Customization , Plugins. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Should have strong knowledge in OOB feature exposures, Configuration based approach , Scenario based questions and thought process and Troubleshooting. - Should have hands on experience on Canvas App, Custom Pages and Power Pages. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
