Your role includes analyzing requirements, proposing effective solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed support the intended business functions efficiently. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and contribute to the overall enhancement of software solutions that drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in the design and development of custom software solutions that align with business goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance.
- Document application designs and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and configuration.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow such as JavaScript.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
