Customer Onboarding Manager

Project Manager for large, complex and transformational client projects.
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Create high performing team, monitor and control all internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
- Monitor and communicate progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status, schedule, cost and assessment of risks/issues.
- An effective leader in communications plan, strategic planning, risk analysis, change management to ensure client satisfaction for best outcome.
- Lead multi-geographical, culturally diverse teams to provide project implementation solutions to large MNC / GCG clients.
- Extensive utilization of Salesforce tool being an integral part of end-to-end process for customer onboarding.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle to clients / internal stakeholders.
- Appropriately assess project risks, constraints and dependencies. Identifies mitigation plans and escalation as required.
- Ensure effective change control procedures and processes efficiently to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost.
- Develop, manage detailed project plans to ensure scope and approach is understood and aligned by all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques to define alternate solutions and resolve conflicts as necessary.
- Identify and track key project milestones & critical path.
- Employ structured methodology to project planning across all stages of project management.
- Manage relationship with project sponsors & cross-functional teams through project lifecycle.
- Complete Project Completion Reviews to ensure that lessons learned are applied for future projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Accomplished Program/Project Manager with 7 years of experience in Travel Industry.
- Experience in providing high levels of leadership in Project Management / Product Management for internationally known industry leaders across multiple brands and consumer segments.
- An effective leader in communications plan, strategic planning, risk analysis, change management to ensure client satisfaction for best outcome.
- Successful end to end project management by creating a high performing team, monitoring and controlling internal and external stakeholders.
- Assure completion of projects inclusive of all products / offline / online testing and release to production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PMP methodology.
- Mentor Project Managers on APAC/EMEA project implementations.
