What would you do? An Accounts Payable role with German typically means a finance position where you handle supplier invoices and payments for German-speaking markets (usually Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role combines accounting skills with German language proficiency. Key Responsibilities Processing vendor invoices (3-way matching: PO, invoice, goods receipt) Posting invoices in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Handling payment runs and bank reconciliations Managing vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies Communicating with German-speaking suppliers via email/phone Ensuring compliance with German tax regulations (VAT handling) Month-end closing support Maintaining accurate financial records NA Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its customers before, during, and after a purchase or use of a product or service. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.
