What would you do? "• Responsible for updating Policy Information based on predefined quality review checkpoints and guidelines. • Performs business processing transaction on the foundation worktypes (Financial or Non-Financial process) of Life Customer Service. • May make a few outbound calls per day or send out emails to an AIG department, a Brokerage Agency, business entity or customer to inquire about or gather information to complete a business transaction. " You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for? - College graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 12 months experience in a related field - Ability to multi-task and can easily learn and adapt with changes in a fast paced environment. - Proficient in MS Office applications like Word and Excel. - Good written and verbal communication skills."
