Customer Success Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and align client goals with product offerings.
  2. Lead Management: Check delivery of all the campaigns everyday without fail.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings.
  4. Escalation Handling: Address client concerns promptly, providing effective resolutions.
  5. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with clients to enhance campaign performance.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success Management (CSM).
  3. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
