Customer Success Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding and align client goals with product offerings.
- Lead Management: Check delivery of all the campaigns everyday without fail.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings.
- Escalation Handling: Address client concerns promptly, providing effective resolutions.
- Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with clients to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success Management (CSM).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
