Customer Success Manager
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and sustain positive client relationships and drive growth through operational excellence in PeopleStrong. In this role, you will manage client accounts, support their operational needs, and maximize ROI through expert consultation and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and contract renewals
- Resolve client issues and seek opportunities for increased satisfaction and revenue
- Provide product expertise, training, and support
- Develop and manage project implementation plans
- Ensure compliance with agreements and industry regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years in client support or management in a HR Tech environment
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
