Data Analytics Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the evolution of content analytics, shaping how we measure, communicate, and maximize the business impact of our insights. This role will focus on developing and operationalizing advanced metrics, scalable data solutions, and automated reporting frameworks that enable actionable project-level and content-level performance analysis.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in analytics, IT and data engineering to design and implement robust methodologies, integrated dashboards, and automation strategies. Your work will ensure our analytics align with business priorities, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, design, and implement metrics and methodologies to evaluate the performance and business impact of content and market research projects.
• Partner with analytics, IT and data engineering teams to develop frameworks and scalable data pipelines for reporting and automation.
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards (e.g., Power BI) that deliver integrated insights at both content and project levels.
• Automate manual analytics processes and optimize data delivery for self-serve reporting and operational reviews.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation for new analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices in analytics, visualization, and automation.
• Support the transition and standardization of custom analytics work as capacity allows.

What You’ll Need:

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and SQL for dashboard and reporting solution development.
• Experience with Python and/or R for analytics and automation.
• Strong foundation in statistics, business acumen, and designing metrics and methodologies.
• Experience building data pipelines and automating analytics workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and analytics partners.
• Project management and process improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven analytics and automation.
• Knowledge of existing business metrics and ROI methodologies.
