Summary:
As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitating effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and driving data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that data governance practices are integrated into the organizational culture, promoting a shared understanding of data responsibilities and best practices.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of data governance policies.
- Monitor compliance with data governance standards and report on adherence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with data quality assessment and improvement techniques.
- Familiarity with data management tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
