Job Description

• Personalization Algorithms: Build ML models to personalize user interactions in real time.

• Customer Segmentation: User cluserting to understand user behaviour and drive targeted marketing.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to find trends and give data-driven recommendations.

• Experimentation & A/B testing: Run A/B tests to measure and improve mode performance.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work with teams and stakeholders to build Al-based personalization solutions.

• Scalability & Optimization: Ensure models run efficiently on large real-time datasets.

• Model Monitoring: Track and improve model performance, accuracy and reliability.

• Research and Development: Stay updated on generative AL and ML; contribute via research and conferences.

Role Requirement

• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields.

• 4+ years in data science with focus on generative Al and hyper-personalization.

• Proven development of models like GPT-4, GANS, VAES.

• Strong background in ML, deep learning and reinforcement learning

• Experience with recommender systems and segmentation.
