What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Team Management: - Lead and support a team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth. ?Business Operator: - Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/ benefit analyses. - Defining user requirements; establishing production, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to the organization. - Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs. - Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. - Liaise with clients and deliver client asks. - Coaching and mentoring supervisors to enable them to effectively manage their teams. - Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with supervisors. ? Policy Adherence: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance. ? Performance Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement. ? Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks. - Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges. ? Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives.
