As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitating training and pilot programs to ensure a smooth deployment process. Your role will require effective communication and collaboration to manage interdependencies and drive the project towards successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure team readiness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and decisions.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
-Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex deployment issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and enterprise application integration.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
