Responsibilities

Enterprise - IT Infra Project Manager

•    Lead and manage end-to-end telephony migration projects for call center operations, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational continuity.
•    Strong understanding of contact centre telephony systems, notification processes, and platforms.
•    Hands-on project tracking via ServiceNow with proactive coordination across technical and business teams.
•    Lead and manage formal Change Request (CR) processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.

Qualifications

Education:

• BE/B. Tech/MCA and MBA/PGDM

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience
