• Proven track record of delivering complex IT and operations projects within the airline domain
• Excellent project management discipline and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
• Lead the end-to-end migration of the Load & Trim application, ensuring seamless transition with zero operational disruption
• Manage project planning, scope definition, timelines, risk assessments, and execution
• Coordinate closely with airline operations, ground handling, load control teams, Digital team, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ensure system functionality, configurations, and workflows are effectively transitioned
• Oversee data migration, integration design, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change controls
• Drive effective communication across internal and external teams, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure full compliance with operational safety standards, regulatory requirements, and airline best practices
• Manage vendor coordination, contracts, SLAs, and technical deliverables
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and expectations
