Elite Banker-Household-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management

As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with affluent households, offering tailored financial solutions. Your role will involve outbound sales, cross-selling bank products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a key part of our branch banking team, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and advice.
  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-value household clients, building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and visits to prospective clients, identifying their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Cross-sell a range of bank products, including deposits, loans, investment services, and insurance, to meet client requirements.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new financial products to offer relevant solutions to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams, such as investment advisors and loan officers, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and represent the bank.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your financial knowledge and sales skills, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulations, attending relevant training programs.
