EMA C&R SE - Support Manager

Role and responsibility 

Working with the respective global leaders (and their teams) for 3-4 priority campaigns within a Sector, Accelerator : 

·Helps the campaign lead build the overall business plan, KPIs and strategy. ·Builds a global network or community comprising key participants who will own parts of the strategy and be accountable for growth across the KPIs. These include account teams, functional leads, solution teams, alliance partners, regional leads, etc. ·Builds strong relationships and become the single point of contact for the community through owning all operational activity such as calls, events, meeting notes, agendas, prep material etc. ·Is plugged into strategic conversations along with the campaign lead and contribute to these conversations by connecting people and SMEs, sharing research-backed viewpoints and best practices, flagging questions and discussion points, creating and sharing relevant Go-to-Market material, etc. ·Works with relevant teams and build robust mechanisms to be able to monitor and regularly report out progress across campaign KPIs to the campaign lead and the community. ·Helps the campaign lead promote progress within the sector to create a halo effect. ·Co-ordinates pitch support and debriefs on the most strategic opportunities within the campaign area. ·Helps with managing events and coordinate sponsorships, when required. ·Ensures global-regional alignment within the campaign area by working closely with the Global Sector Executive and the Regional Sector Executives ·Helps the wider KGS team both understand and prioritize requests that relate to these campaigns and also improve the standard of service provided to the campaign owner. ·

Working with the Global Hub Program Lead/EMA Sector Exec, the two-member team for FY26 will: 

·Support the Global Hub  with the research necessary to design & execute Hub strategy & objectives ·Ensure all relevant details of the Sector’s Bridge campaigns are captured and integrated with the Hub knowledge repository ·Work with relevant teams and build robust mechanisms to be able to monitor and regularly report out progress across Hub KPIs ·Support in curating success stories, cred sprints, and preparing Hub updates, in close alignment with the other global hubs ·Support program-related activities including the collation of solution related artefacts and coordinate internal leadership and Hub team meetings. ·Support ongoing validation of pipeline and bookings, with individual Bridges and the Hub ·Support EMA Sector operations: ·PMO activities regarding meetings setup, events, meeting notes, agendas, prep material, budget reporting and invoicing tracking etc. ·Delivering actionable, sales enablement insights — based on secondary research and internal-information (revenue, plan and pipeline) ·Support in aligning and delivering asks from EMA C&M/Sector Program team ·Work closely with the EMA extended team in managing sector deliverables ·Maintaining a view on the pipeline and conducting analyses on pipeline data when necessary Skills.expectations  Strong project/program management skillsUnderstanding of numbers, research, excel and power-point skills and ability to decipher data and spot trendsStrong communication skills, including an ability to present complex propositions to stakeholdersQuick learner with strong focus on quality and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsEmotional intelligence and the ability to adapt personal style and approach to successfully influence and motivate individuals and teamsInclusive mindset, and comfortable in a multi-cultural environmentCalm under pressure and able to work successfully with tight deadlines, and in an environment with multiple stakeholders and opinionsAutonomous, self-starter able to work with ambiguity in a dynamic environmentTeam-player with a high level of integrityA working style that is collaborative and outcomes oriented, a can-do attitudeIdeally, experience – and/or strong interest – in the Retail sector10-12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO / specialized research houses, or research divisions; with and Masters/MBA qualification from a Tier I/II college  (M)
