Embadedd Service Engineer

A.   PRIMARY Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and servicing of Johnson Controls installed systems. 

2. To attend to customers’ request and complaint regarding system operations, working conditions and repair as required.

B.   DUTIES:

• Carry out planned systems checks to ensure systems proper operations.

• Carry out checks for all auxiliary devices to ensure proper operations.

• Carry out scheduled system sensors calibration.

• Rectify all problems detected during preventive maintenance and furnish reports of findings.

• Generate Service Report for customers.

• Ensure report to customer is on time before and after completion of work daily.

• Attend to “non-contract” request calls and breakdown calls as required.

• Assist immediate supervisor to identify Variation Orders through identified repairs required and system enhancement option

• Inform the supervisor to bill when the job is done and follow-up on payment.

C.   KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Certification in C Cure System or relevant experience

Certification in Simplex or relevant experienc
