• Good knowledge of L2/L3 EUC troubleshooting

• Ensuring that all processes used by the IT ServiceDesk team are documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.

• Knowledge of IT Asset management

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure

• End user knowledge of VC 

Responsible for all day-to-day IT operational activities.

Responsible for end-to-end IT incident management and request fulfilment workflow including monitoring and tracking of tickets.

AV support

Any graduate or equivalent skills.
