Team Overview
The position in discussion is with the HR Shared Services team at KGS. The team includes close to 30 strong members aligned to specific HR services.
HR Shared Services is a strategic way to provide HR related services to an ever-growing employee base at KGS. A variety of activities are covered in shared services. These include managing onboarding, exits, subcontracting, vendor governance, MI & Analytics, Learning services, recruitment back office and Oracle cloud maintenance/update. The aim of HR Shared Services team is to contribute towards optimizing HR operational efficiency which further contributes to the overall success and profitability of an organization.

- Managing day to day HR operations related processes i.e. from Hire to Retire.
- Coordinating with internal teams like Recruitment, HRBPS, Oracle team, IT, Admin, Operations etc.
- Working on HR Data & analytics, collecting and analyzing the current data sets and helping in process improvements in HR domains.
- Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on solutions.
- Managing functional mailbox queries as per the agreed timelines
- Resolving day to day queries related to HR Operation.
- Perform routine activities as per calendar regularly
- Ensuring 100% timely deliver with zero errors.
Job Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- Preferred - MBA/PGDM - HR/Training
- Excellent in E-mail communication[1]
- Have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Minimum 0-2 years of professional experience in administration of a large multinational corporation
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills
- The person should have knowledge about new joiner documentation and its storekeeping
- Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
- Ability to be well planned and organized
- Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of any HR system
- Knowledge of SAP / PeopleSoft or any other cloud based HCM solution
