Executive - Customer Experience

Preference in rail & ICD operations

You will be responsible for:

- Providing services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):
- Handling Customer channel management
- Handling Case Management
- Handling Customer onboarding and relationship management
- Handling Contract and dispute management
