Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Maintain a steady flow of new leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Customer Engagement

• Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for field sales representatives.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

• Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Track lead status and update pipeline reports regularly.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
