We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecom Consultant with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in at least two core areas of telecom networks and have worked extensively in either wireless (4G/5G), wireline (Broadband/Fiber) technologies or Network Operation Center (NOC). This role is ideal for professionals from leading OEMs or telecom service providers who are ready to take on a consulting position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consulting on Core Network, Radio Network, and/or Transmission/Transport Network domains.
• Support network design, optimization, and performance analysis for wireless (4G/5G) or wireline (Broadband/Fiber) technologies.
• Provide consulting/ advisory services to improve technical, operational and financial performance for clients in Telecom ecosystem.
• Ability to work on engagements related to Network Audits, NOC transformations, NOC to GNOC/ SOC transitions and Cloud Platform assessment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end telecom solutions.
• Analyze network KPIs and recommend improvements for service quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5 to 8 years of total experience in the telecom industry.
• Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: - Core Network - Radio Network - Transmission/Transport Network
• Hands-on experience in: - Wireless technologies: 4G, 5G, IMS - OR Wireline technologies: Broadband, Fiber Networks
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols, network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Background:
• Prior experience (at least 2/ 3 years) with leading OEMs such as Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE / OR
• Experience with Telecom Service Providers (at least 2/ 3 years) like Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone-Idea, Tata Communications
