Expense and Corporate Card Coordinator

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
You will be the subject matter expert for T&E and card program supporting globally.
Performing review and quality check of fully pre-audit and post- audit expense reports according to Global T&E policies and procedures.
Managing expense system configuration to resolve errors/issues.
Perform data analysis of fully approved expense reports and making suggestions for policy improvements and cost savings initiatives.
You will develop and maintain Global T&E and Card Program KPIs
Maintain and Administer the Global Card program providing daily oversight of
Corporate card program processes, issuing corporate cards, Monitor delinquencies, terminations and Card reconciliations.
Monitor and maintain Global helpdesk ensuring SLAs are met maintaining the resolution quality standards.
Ensure process SOP’s maintained with the required changes/updates.
Managing all processes adhering to agreed SLAs, Quality criteria and T&E controls.
Responsible for continuous improvement of processes
Participate in adhoc projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills with managing the
4-9 years of strong knowledge in T&E and Corporate Card Program
Knowledge of ERP, Concur Expense (including Cognos Reporting) or any other expense tool.
Good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
A self-starter with proactive and highly motivated approach with strong organizational skills
Must be comfortable working in afternoon shifts and attending office when required.
Manage and maintain France Virtual Payment card accounts
French language is preferred and an advantage for this role.
