Facility executive - Technical

1. To establish engineering & operational procedures & roll out the same for site staff 

2. To establish contacts with local authorities (M&E related) for facility related issues and for all statutory related compliances at all times 

3. To review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations. 

4. To plan & ensure smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing & civil works pertaining to the facility 

5. Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Client 

6. Periodically inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc for a better management of engineering systems 

7. To ensure an uptime of 100% and set up the practices to deliver seamless service to Client  8. To ensure all statutory documents are updated like CIEG, Fire, Lift, Explosive, Pollution Control, Etc related to M&E operations and kept in place.

  9. To implement energy management program to reduce the cost on utilities 

10. Handle (if needed) small renovation projects from initiation to completion 

11. To ensure the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility 

12. To plan, implement & adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule 

13. To adhere & maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI 

14. To establish a relationship with Transition team during for all the upcoming Client facilities 

15. To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues  Records Management 

1. To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are checked for its accuracy & analysis purposes and update all engineering related activities 

2. To take up all audits related to Client and take necessary action for closing the observations  Reporting Management 

1. Daily Report – Service Report, SLA Report 

2. Monthly Report – Energy Report, IIEE Report, Major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report 

3. Quarterly Report – Statutory Compliance Report 

Management Responsibilities 

1. Provide leadership to the M&E team 

2. In consultation of Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer, oversee the operation, staffing, performance, development of transport team 

3. Demonstrate leadership & responsiveness and creativity 

4. Understand the M&E scope and in consultations with Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer – develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction 

5. Accomplish Key Performance Indicators as agreed with Client 

6. Coordinate Facility Manager or Group Chief Engineer on the goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plan for transport team 

7. To ensure Client Policies, Processes & procedures are adhered by all transport staff in the facility 

8. Assist FM in developing & implementing the transport account plan for the facility 

9. To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the transport team as per schedules
