Financing & Risk Solutions Manager, AVP Securitisation and Structured Credit

• You’ll support the Corporate Securitisation desk in delivering high‑quality monitoring, analysis, and risk oversight across securitisation transactions, including Collateralized Loan Obligations and other structured credit products. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating legal due diligence, overseeing AUP processes, reviewing IPD waterfall calculations, and assessing ongoing deal performance.
• We’ll look to you to prepare analysis, pitch materials, term sheets, post-transaction reviews, and other documentation to support origination activities
• This role is available at associate vice president level

What you’ll do

This role will see you delivering customer focussed analytical solutions which will aid revenue generation for the bank. You’ll be responsible for the preparation of analysis, pitch materials, term sheets, post-transaction reviews, and other documentation and you’ll ensure timely delivery and good quality output.

You’ll also:

• Support across multiple products and regions
• Assist with client deep dives and gather feedback from internal client touch points
• Build relationships with our onshore team and stakeholders to ensure maximum integration of onshore and offshore teams
• Develop domain expertise in the desks supported through training, self-development, and internal rotation

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in securitisation, structured credit, or portfolio monitoring, ideally within an investment banking or analytical risk environment.

•  Working knowledge of financial databases
•  Strong stakeholder management skills
