About the Early Careers Recruitment Team
As part of Chief People Office, the Early Careers Recruitment team is a dynamic team 
responsible for attracting and identifying the candidates with the brightest minds and 
diverse perspectives who have the potential to be future leaders of Fidelity 
International. 
Working closely with business leaders and in partnership with Early Careers programme 
management, wider talent acquisition and global HR, the Early Careers Recruitment 
Team ensures that the business is supported by a strong and diverse pipeline of 
candidates who possess the skills, experience, capabilities and potential needed to 
support our clients, enhance our organization and support the achievement of our 
strategic objectives.

About your role
• To support Early Careers team in the delivery of early careers recruitment 
campaigns globally, including the administration and co-ordination of early 
careers selection processes.
• To support the Early Careers Team in the delivery of attraction and marketing 
campaigns, including the posting of job roles, co-ordination and delivery of oncampus and in-house events.
• Maintain and develop relationships with target universities, thereby enabling a 
multitiered sourcing avenues for us to attract the top diverse talent to our Early 
Careers roles.
• To ensure a positive experience for our applicants and new hires, through the 
active management of the candidate query inbox, and smooth handling the 
onboarding process for apprentices, summer interns, graduates and MBAs.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Support sourcing activity aligned to approved hiring plan in partnership with the 
EC leads and recruiters, maintaining role postings and talent pipelines.
• Develop a robust pipeline for campus hiring in India by creating a database of 
universities and colleges aligned with company requirements and maintaining
these relationships.
• Support the delivery of assessment and selection activity including the coordination of manager reviews/briefings, Interview management and coordination of final stage assessments.
• Collaborate to organise and facilitate campus events, pipeline programmes, and 
insight activities throughout the year, whilst ensuring the events tracker remains 
precise and up to date.
• Using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and virtual assessment platforms to 
co-ordinate global assessment needs, ensuring high levels of accuracy to drive 
excellence in early careers hiring processes.
• Support the onboarding process for recent graduates and interns, facilitating 
post offer calls and ensuring an excellent experience through the onboarding 
process to ensure this population is set-up for success.
• Develop and support diversity hiring initiatives and collaborate with programme 
sponsors on FIL early careers referral programme to ensure a diverse and 
inclusive workforce.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards to ensure audit readiness for 
all recruitment activities.
• Managing demand creation, candidates offer process, background process and 
associated tasks on Workday.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to maintain end-to end process maps to early 
careers recruitment.
• Collaborate with third party suppliers, from branding and attraction to 
assessment and selection as required.
About You
• Genuine enthusiasm for early careers recruitment and a passion for helping 
individuals start their professional journeys.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and event coordination, with a focus on 
early careers recruitment processes, including interview and assessment centre 
scheduling, and event marketing events
• Excellent organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail, with the 
ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative 
relationships with diverse stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, 
and educational institutions.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, showing empathy and 
support throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate with colleagues and global 
coordinators to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining high levels 
of data integrity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Analytical skills to execute and interpret candidate experience surveys, using 
insights to improve recruitment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, including, word, excel and PowerPoint
