Roles & responsibilities ​

Quality Assurance (Development Phase): ​

Collaborate with developers to understand feature requirements and define test coverage. ​

Design, execute, and automate test cases for new features and regression testing. ​

Perform exploratory testing and provide early feedback during development sprints. ​

Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA process improvements. ​

​

Operational Support (Audit Season): ​

Monitor tool performance and ensure uptime during audit season. ​

Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs to the development team. ​

Maintain operational runbooks and support documentation. ​

Coordinate with audit teams to ensure tool readiness and data integrity. ​

​

Data Engineering & Reporting: ​

Support data preparation, transformation, and validation for audit tools. ​

Collaborate with developers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable. ​

Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports. ​

Nice to have: Experience with Alteryx and Power BI. ​

Agile Collaboration: ​

Work effectively within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. ​

Apply Agile methodologies to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement. ​

Communicate proactively across cross-functional teams. ​

Educational qualifications ​

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field (BE, B.Tech, MSc). ​

​

Work experience​

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in QA, data engineering, or technical support roles. ​
