Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting a Senior in the KRC Audit- Germany team for Operations majorly responsible for Resource Management along with daily operation tasks. We are looking for a responsible professional to perform following tasks, while working closely with the KRC team and onshore team

•Prepare management information reports with clear summaries, commentaries, and a presentable format as per requirements. •Manage resource allocation and disposition for various industries within the Germany FS team. •Develop and implement macros to streamline processes and improve efficiency. •Maintain team databases and respond to queries and requests promptly. •Create monthly dashboards, analyze reporting data, prepare KPIs, and liaise with reporting stakeholders. •Deliver ad-hoc reports and fulfill data requirements as needed. •Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and turnaround times for regular and ad-hoc requests. •Review and update knowledge base, process documents, and other team-related documentation periodically. •Support automation initiatives through macros and VBA for KRC-wide strategic projects. •Organize and manage team events such as town halls and business meetings, including end-to-end logistics and presentation preparation.

Educational qualifications

•Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree + Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCA/ MCom

Work experience

•Total Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm •Good analytical skills, business acumen and eye to spot trends, patterns, deviation in data
