What you will do:
Logistics:
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders for any additional warehousing requirement
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.
- Budgeting & Finance related to logistics Operations
- Validation and Processing of Partner Invoices
- Produce MIS reports and statistics regularly
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Generation of various GST Reports on weekly basis and share with Taxation team
- End to end, E-way bill tracking, reconciliation and management
- Work closely with Business team and Customer operations team for working out the input credit report on monthly basis.
- Work on Import – Export Reconciliation and submit monthly report to Customs ops team
- Monthly re-export IC reconciliation with Finance & Controllership team
What you will bring: - Graduate or equivalent (preferably with PG Diploma in Supply chain/ Material Management)
- 8-10 Years of experience in Supply Chain with IT or similar industry
- Sound knowledge of GST Laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Numeracy and an understanding of finance.
- knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse
- People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
- Planning and organizing skills
- Analytical ability
- Initiative and decisiveness
- Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to SAP R3/ S4, BI Tools and spreadsheets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
