What you will do:

Logistics:

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Work with stakeholders for any additional warehousing requirement
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.
• Budgeting & Finance related to logistics Operations
• Validation and Processing of Partner Invoices
• Produce MIS reports and statistics regularly
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Generation of various GST Reports on weekly basis and share with Taxation team
•  End to end, E-way bill tracking, reconciliation and management
•  Work closely with Business team and Customer operations team for working out the input credit report on monthly basis.
• Work on Import – Export Reconciliation and submit monthly report to Customs ops team
• Monthly re-export IC reconciliation with Finance & Controllership team

  
  What you will bring:
  

• Graduate or equivalent (preferably with PG Diploma in Supply chain/ Material Management)
• 8-10 Years of experience in Supply Chain with IT or similar industry
• Sound knowledge of GST Laws
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Numeracy and an understanding of finance.
• knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse
• People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
• Planning and organizing skills
• Analytical ability
• Initiative and decisiveness
• Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to SAP R3/ S4, BI Tools and spreadsheets
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
