About the Role:

We seek a Google Business Profile Description Writer to join our dynamic team at eClerx, Gurugram. This role involves creating engaging and accurate Google Business Profile descriptions, crafting detailed product and service descriptions, and managing customer reviews across various ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Business Profile Management – Write, update, and optimize business profile descriptions tailored to Australian businesses.
• Product & Service Descriptions – Develop clear, concise, and market-relevant content.
• Review Management – Monitor and respond to customer reviews (1-star to 5-star) professionally and consistently.
• Brand Voice Consistency – Maintain the brand’s tone in all written content.
• Customer Engagement – Address feedback with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Market Research – Stay updated on Australian consumer trends and linguistic nuances.
• Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align content with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional command of Australian English – Understanding of idioms, cultural references, and business etiquette.
• Writing Experience – Background in content writing, product descriptions.
• Customer Service Skills – Ability to handle reviews with tact and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail – Accuracy and brand consistency in all communications.
• Research Skills – Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights.
• Time Management – Handle multiple profiles efficiently.
• AI Expertise – Familiarity with ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and other AI tools is a plus.
