HRBP Consultant

We are actively hiring for an HRBP Consultant position at our Gurgaon location for a 6-month tenure.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-3 years in HR roles with exposure to HRBP functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Partner with business leaders to implement effective people strategies and solutions.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate on talent management strategies, including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing support on various HR matters.
