What would you do? We’re Accenture Marketing Operations. We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. What are we looking for? • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Strong Communication skills with ability to translate data into effective and influential insights • Familiarity with CRM, marketing analytics or customer segmentation • Working knowledge of Google Analytics/ Adobe • Present findings to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and storytelling • Deliver actionable insights and make clear recommendations to business • Proficient user of advanced Excel calculations and Power point • Hands on experience in SQL • Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable business insights • Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment • Consumer/Market Research & Insights • Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty • Previous experience of BI tools (e.g. Looker or Tableau or Power BI) • Knowledge of cloud including AWS/Azure • GCP database experience
Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze marketing data from various sources to identify key insights and trends • Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations to serve as valuable inputs for marketing strategies, campaign optimization, customer segmentation and data-driven business decisions • Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities in existing projects to cross-sell and expand delivery scope • Use data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Liaise with onshore and in-market analytics leads for project plan execution • Analyze trends in data to arrive at conclusions and ability to perform deep-dive analyses to study root cause for such trends
