Geo to be supported –  KDN
Work timings – 9:00 am to 5:30pm

Roles and responsibilities
KDN at KRC is hiring a Manager to join the Growth Transformation Team, responsible for leading high‑impact transitions, and service‑design initiatives across Member Firms. The core responsibilities will include:
Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives for Member Firms, from initial scoping and solution design through pilot deployment and scaled rollout
Partner with Member Firms to develop and execute transition plans that move audit processes and workstreams to KRC in a controlled manner, ensuring clarity on scope, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria
Design and implement onboarding frameworks for new transitions, including documentation, playbooks, knowledge‑transfer workflows, quality checkpoints, and stabilisation mechanisms
Work with senior stakeholders, sponsors, SMEs, and project teams to deliver service design and transformation initiatives
Build and maintain integrated project/programme plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, scope statements, and milestone trackers to provide a single source of truth for delivery
Oversee the transition of new services and processes into BAU, ensuring complete documentation, knowledge transfer, readiness assessments, stabilisation support, and successful handover to operational teams
Design and document target policies, procedures, and operating models aligned with KPMG standards, and facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders and SMEs, including Technology, to validate requirements and shape strategic, operationally strong solutions

Educational qualifications 
Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent professional programme and/or project management qualification. (E)
Work experience
Total Experience: The candidate should have 9 plus years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm/professional service firm/third-party KPO and/or international clients Skillset

Mandatory technical and functional skill: 
Proficient in managing multiple transition projects and in setting up new GCCs/teams, including service expansion across global delivery environments
Experience operating within structured project delivery frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile) to ensure disciplined planning, governance, and execution.

Preferred Technical and functional skills 
Prior experience in audit delivery, preferably within a global delivery model
Target Operating Model design and implementation
Experience delivering from a global delivery centre or working with geographically diverse stakeholder groups.
designing and implementing new or transitioned services across onshore and offshore environments
Experience supporting the delivery of quality improvement initiatives
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite to support planning, process mapping, analysis, and executive reporting.
