As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences, ensuring seamless usability across our digital platforms. . Key Responsibilities: · Develop and design innovative UI/UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design strategies. · Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experiences. · Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. · Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge. · Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms. Required Skills: · Experience Range: 4 to 7 years in UI/UX design or related fields. · Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles. · Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools. · Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
