Job Description & Summary:

We are looking someone to support IT application development governance and auditing ERP-related finance processes. This role ensures compliance with organizational standards, maintains audit readiness, and drives PMO governance activities across IT projects

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of ERP systems and IT applications to verify compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to organizational standards. Prepare and maintain audit documentation, reports, and evidence for internal and external audits. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and maintain PMO dashboards for leadership review. Coordinate with IT and finance teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions promptly. Support UAT and compliance checks for ERP enhancements and IT application releases. Define and document audit requirements aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and PMO processes across IT projects. Assist in resource planning, risk management, and project scheduling activities. Maintain key audit metrics and provide regular updates to management. Drive process improvements in audit readiness and PMO governance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with audit and PMO standards. Support training and awareness sessions on audit compliance and governance policies. Validate data integrity across ERP and IT systems and recommend corrective measures. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and compliance frameworks.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Strong understanding of audit processes, compliance frameworks, and project governance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and IT development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to UAT, risk management, and project tracking tools.

    Preferred skill sets:

    • Certifications in auditing or project management (preferred).
