Job Description & Summary:. We are seeking a highly skilled candidate who has IAM operations experience.

Responisibilities:

Job Description:

• Coordinate with L1 team for triaging the incidents
• Support L1 team with sharing updates on timely basis related to incident/CIAM operational tasks
• Conduct in-depth investigations of escalated incidents
• Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and other relevant data to identify root causes
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate manual processes
• Customize HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML pages, custom workflows, policies and configurations deployed in IAM
• Test and validate workflows, API response/payload, network connectivity to target systems to troubleshoot the issue.
• Collaborate with L3 support on complex issues
• Identify and analyze recurring incidents to prevent future occurrences
• Implement preventive measures and conduct root cause analysis

Mandatory skill sets:

1. HTML, JavaScript and PowerShell Script

2. L2/L3 Operations experience

3. Good to have Knowledge of Azure B2C or any CIAM solution

Preferred skill sets:

Good to have Knowledge of Azure B2C or any CIAM solution

Education qualification:

B.Tech/MCA/MBA with IT background/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science
