Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technological architecture for platforms, products, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs and provide insights that drive the success of projects, while also mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Proficient in integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and resource utilization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
- Should be flexible to travel on deputation for projects
