Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration
Good to have skills : Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing both remote and onsite assistance for configured services across various platforms, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly within established models and processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, and addressing both basic and intermediate level challenges across server and network areas. Your role will require collaboration with multiple teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage management and data protection strategies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving SAN connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions related to SAN environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
