Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Palo Alto ICS/SCADA Security, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services, both remotely and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model, addressing issues across various platforms and implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto ICS/SCADA Security.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with operating system-level support across various platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
